Strongboxes are manufactured as standard from frost-resistant HDPE and can be loaded up to a maximum of 3500 kilos in the stack (depending on the bottom version). The bottoms themselves, if placed on a flat floor, can carry up to 1000 kilos.
Pallet boxes made of plastic: large volume and load capacity
Our pallet boxes are sprayed from HDPE with a low MFI, which cannot be compared with those of our normal transport containers. Suitable for foodstuffs or from recycled material. Depending on the version, the plastic pallet boxes carry up to 4.5 tons in the stack (6 stacked high, with 900 killos each).
Sidewalls
We supply pallet boxes in four sidewall versions:
- flat on the inside, for industrial use, foldable or in one piece. Euro-sized plastic pallet boxes with flat walls are particularly strong and can be emptied perfectly thanks to the smooth inner walls. Also with perforated walls.
- bending slightly outwards, for maximum capacity (useful content is 12% larger due to convex walls) when the pallet boxes are filled with bulk material. Also foldable or in one piece. Also with perforated walls.
Bottom versions
We also offer a choice of three bottom versions, usually from stock:
- four legs: for the agri-industry (the content may protrude above the box)
- two skids: better stacking, also suitable for roller conveyors
- three skids: industrial use, heavy duty, for example for battery recycling or waste paper recycling at printing companies.
